Terms and Conditions

1. To enter the draw, submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) with a genuine buyer from the above Project Property Sales Christmas Countdown offer. 

2. The competition ends at 5 pm on 21st December 2023, 

3. The winner will be announced and contacted on 22nd December 2023. 

4. The first prize from the draw is a holiday voucher to the value of $5,000 including GST. 

5. Five runner-up prizes are also on offer from the draw to the value of $100 (including GST) awarded as a gift voucher.  

6. All the vouchers will only be paid upon an unconditional contract and deposits paid.
