We have had the pleasure of knowing Pauline Williams since 1997. Pauline was a key member of one of Brisbane’s most successful Project Marketing Companies of the day. Much more than a Real Estate Agency, they were and still are Project Property Marketing at their best. They were there at the start of an extremely inventive sales group selling in a new modern way never seen before in Project Development. Their training was polar opposites away from general real estate selling. The individual salesperson was matched to a project where they learnt the attributes of the particular project and then formulated with the Builder or Developer a strategy tailor made to sell their Development from its Development Approval to Project completion. 

 

Pauline’s creative difference was one of her major contributions to making her marketing a stand out from the rest. It was never a case of copy & paste from the marketing manual. Pauline’s attention to detail and her knowledge of the product she was marketing and selling was a winner. One of her key personal strengths is her natural ability to listen and learn where a prospective client was in their quest to buy, and what their needs were and what ticked their bucket list. She would listen and then speak; sounds easy, however, rarely executed as well as Pauline discussed the wants and needs with her clients.
