Brisbane's coming of age and why invest in West End.

The West End Appeal Having worked in sales, selling Brisbane’s newest inner-city developments over the past 18 years, it is clear to see Brisbane is on the edge of maturing. The skyline changes, the gourmet restaurants and coffee shops, transport infrastructure developments, and lifestyle hubs are no longer unique to New Farm. Only a short walk away from the CBD, West End is now the place to be in Brisbane. The suburb is undergoing rapid growth and boasts close proximity to magical river walks, Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC), Museums and Art Galleries (GoMA), and three of Queensland’s best universities (UQ, QUT and Griffith). West End gained popularity for its boutique cafes and restaurants offering customers a different, more personalised feel, however, locals are now enjoying new commercial developments, with new delis and supermarket precincts having recently been opened.
